건강한 태아
신생아의 무게는 평균 3.5kg이고 키는 51cm입니다.
일반적으로 소아체중은 나이와 함께 증가하는데 보다 어릴때

그러나 태어난지 2~3일 후 태변의 배출, 태아의 지방흡수와 많은
물의 배출, 신생아의 빠는 힘이 약함, 적은 수유 때문에 일시적으로
태어날 때보다 체중이 감소될 수 있지만 신체 외부 환경에 서서히
적응하여 무게는 점차 증가 하여 출생 체중으로 돌아갈 것입니다.
만약 출생 체중의 10% 이상 감소하거나 출생 후 10일이후에도 출생 때
처럼 회복되지 않는다면 정상적인 "생리적 체중감소"가 아니므로
음식이 부적절한지, 우유가 충분치 않은지, 아니면 아이가 아픈지
이유를 찾아야 합니다.
